The petitioner participated in the recruitment process of ASHA in the year 2018. She was directed to appear for interview on 17th July, 2018.

The petitioner submits that she appeared in the interview but she is unaware of the fate of the recruitment process.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents is yet to receive instruction.

As it appears that the recruitment process took place in the year 2018, accordingly, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Kandi Sub-Division, Murshidabad is directed to intimate the fate of the interview to the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the provisional call letter for interview of the petitioner at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
