The petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 have entered into an agreement and have decided to pay up the entire loan along with interest which the petitioner no. 1 owed to the respondent no. 2/bank. Once the petitioner has undertaken to pay up the amount, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition.

The respondent no. 2 shall intimate to the petitioner within seven days from date the total amount payable by the petitioner (principal + interest). On receipt of such intimation, the petitioner shall pay up the entire amount within a fortnight

thereafter. Within 48 hours from receipt of the payment, the bank shall hand over possession of the godown and the machinery to the petitioner by removing the padlock. All documents belonging to the petitioner that are lying in the custody of the bank shall be handed over to the petitioner within 24 hours from the encashment of the cheque tendered by the petitioner.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
