It is submitted that the order of stay of engagement of the respondent nos. 7 to 11 was understood as a temporary measure and no term of engagement was mentioned at the time of reengaging them. The alleged contemnors are educated. The order is explicit and clear.

This Court holds that there is contempt committed by the respondents in flagrantly, deliberately and willfully violating the order of Court and also particularly adopting the

resolution dated 21st September, 2021 annexed to the contempt petition. The said resolution is ex facie in violation of this Court's order. The contemnors shall show cause as to why they should not be committed to civil prison for a period of one month.

Let cause be shown by way of affidavit on 25th March, 2022 when this matter shall appear in the list.

It is submitted that an application for recall of the said order has been filed. Let the recalling application be taken up along with the contempt application on the adjourned date.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
