The petitioner by way of this writ petition seeks for delivery of the sale deed which was presented for registration on September 19, 1990 in the office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, the third respondent herein.

He alleges that his representation made on March 31, 2022 (Annexure P2, p.12) is yet to be disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, upon instructions, that the petitioner is ready and agreeable to comply with the necessary formalities, if any, for taking delivery of the sale deed.

None represents the respondents.

As it appears that the representation of the petitioner seeking delivery of the sale deed is pending consideration before the third respondent for a considerable period of time and as the petitioner is agreeable to comply with the necessary formalities for taking delivery of the same, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to intimate the petitioner the formalities required to be complied

with for taking delivery of the subject sale deed in accordance with law, at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The subject deed shall be delivered within a period of four weeks from the date of compliance of all necessary formalities by the petitioner. 6.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
