Since the State has no objection to release the payments demanded by the petitioner, the Central Government, Ministry of Minority Affairs, being respondent nos. 5 and 6, shall, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, release the payments, morefully described in page 80 of the writ petition.

The notice addressed to the Additional Solicitor General, dated April 8, 2022 is kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
