Mr. Sayantan Hazra ....for the petitioners Mr. Navanil De Mr. Srinjan Ghosh ...for the victim Mrs. Manisha Sharma Ms. Suveni Banerjee ..for the State Considering the injury report which shows depressed comminuted fracture involving outer right side of frontal sinus with overlying soft tissue swelling and the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
