Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police filed charge sheet and the other co-accused is on bail, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the husband against whom the principal allegations were levelled.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 5035 of 2021, is rejected.
