Despite service, none appears on behalf of the Staterespondents. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The petitioner shall physically go to the office of the Pranganj Gram Panchayat, South 24-Parganas on May 22, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. and peruse the sanction plan, the resolution by which such sanction was granted and the application for sanction filed by M/s. Ashoka Hanaid Shoes Pvt. Ltd.

Such direction is being passed in furtherance to the earlier direction of this Court in WPA 2484 of 2023 dated February 8, 2023.

The petitioner may take his notes upon perusal of such documents and a copy of the plan sealed and stamped by the gram panchayat shall be handed over to

the petitioner along with the portion of the resolution relating to such sanction, upon payment of cost by the petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of seven days from the petitioner's visit to the office of the gram panchayat.

A copy of the writ petition along with a server copy of this order be served upon the Secretary, Pranganj Gram Panchayat, South 24-Parganas.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
