Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged nonresponse to a representation made by the petitioner to take steps under a particular contract awarded to him for setting up new drinking water system at Santaldih Thermal Power Station Township.

The petitioner complains that he could not complete the work contract or take steps therein due to acts and omission of the respondents.

Counsel for the respondents vehemently denies the same and submits that as many as five extensions have been granted to the writ petitioner with liquidated damages in some cases.

This Court is of the view that the disputes between the parties is purely in the realm of private contract. There are large number of disputed questions of fact that would arise in deciding the rights and interest of the respective parties. The Writ Court is not the forum for the same. The parties may avail appropriate dispute settlement measures either agreed upon or as may be available in law.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
