The petitioner seeks waiver of the bail conditions imposed upon him directing him to report to the Officer in charge of the Bansdroni P.S. once in a month. It appears from the report that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed upon him. Nothing adverse has been reported against him.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner to report to the Officer in charge of Bansdroni P.S. once in a month is waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
