Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Specific overt act by the petitioners victim is transpiring from the statements of witnesses. In view of the primary role played by the petitioners and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
