None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It is found from the record that an order passed by the Executive Magistrate, Diamond Harbour in M.F. Case No. 1695 of 2019 under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was challenged in revision by the petitioner before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Diamond Harbour. The learned Judge in the reivisional Court set aside the said order directing the Executive Magistrate to consider the proceeding under

Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure afresh on perusal of the impugned order.

I do not find any reason for the petitioner to be aggrieved. I also do not find any illegality or irregularity in the instant order. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision is summarily dismissed.
