Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who usually appears before this Court on behalf of the State is requested to represent the State in these matters. Let his appearance be regularised by the appropriate authorities. 3.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the case which led these revisional applications has already been disposed of by the learned Trial Court and also submits that both the revisional applications have become infructuous accordingly.

Thus being the situation, both the revisional applications stand dismissed as infructuous.

Department is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.
