Mr. Samanta, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the Sate Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was submitted on 1st April, 2024 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge of Pursurah Police Station was not acted upon and as such did not yield any result. Since substantial time has passed and since information was furnished with the police authorities I am of the view that the petitioner if he is facing the same inconvenience would address a fresh representation which the Officer-in-Charge would consider in accordance with law.

12425 of 2024 stands disposed of.
