The petitioner's application seeking grant of Educational Loan applied on 20th February, 2025 in accordance with the Model Educational Loan Scheme for pursuing higher education is pending consideration before the Bank.

None represents the Bank.

Without entering into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Pugliganj Branch, being the respondent no. 7 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for Educational Loan strictly in accordance with the Scheme at the earliest but positively within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order.

The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
