[ Petitioners seek relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer once a month until further orders as imposed by the order dated May 15, 2023. None appears for the State.

It is submitted that the police filed charge sheet. Since the police filed charge sheet, requirement of the petitioners to report to the Investigating Officer once a month as imposed by the order dated May 15, 2023 is waived. All other conditions in the order dated May 15, 2023 will remain the same.
