Roy ..... petitioner Mr. Anisur Rahman ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta ... for the State Having considered materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the conspiracy of transporting narcotic substance above commercial quantity as appearing from the facts and circumstances of the case, namely, escorting the vehicle containing the contraband and as investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
