He claims that he could not participated in the recruitment process in the year 2016 or 2020 or even 2022, since he could not uploaded his document. What is annexed to the writ petition is a photograph of the computer interface page of the year 2020.

The delay in approaching the court after 2020 is not explained. The petitioner, however, claims that he also faced a similar problem while applying for the recruitment process held in the year 2022.

Even assuming the same is correct, the delay of 2 years in approaching Court, is fatal to the claims of the writ petitioner, if any. Since the petitioner admits that he could not participate in

the year 2016 itself, he should have approached this Court immediately thereafter. The filing of the writ petition in the year 2024 for a grievance that arose in the year 2016 would render any relief barred by inordinate delay and latches.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. The instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.
