We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners participated in the assault of the victim who succumbed to his injuries.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating material and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
