The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Advocate for the State draws the attention of this Court to the contents in the case diary. The contentions of the petitioner that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence, cannot be accepted. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident.

The contentions of the petitioner sought to raise now are contentions, which are to be looked at in the trial, if raised.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. No. 5046 of 2021 is rejected.
