1. It appears that the order dated April 12, 2024 has been annexed to the contempt application whereby the Secretary-in-Charge, West Bengal Central School Service Commission has disposed of the petitioner's representation.

2. Mr. Ujjal Ray, Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is difficult to believe that in spite of passage of three years there is no vacancy in the schools mentioned by the petitioner.

3. This Court is of the view that the said contention is required to be raised, if at all, in an independent proceeding.

4. In view of the above, CPAN 801 of 2024 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
