The revisional application was preferred challenging the order of conviction and sentence being affirmed by the appellate court.
As the revisional application involves question of sentence and compensation, the same is not considered on merits. However, having regard to the approach of the petitioner, the revisional application being CRR 1683 of 2012 is dismissed for default.
The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat is directed to proceed with the execution of sentence No.07C/2008.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned ACJM, Ranaghat and send back the lower court records forthwith to the said court.
