Petitioners Ms. Karabi Roy ... for the petitioners Mr. Saryati Dutta ... for the State Having heard learned advocate for the petitioners and the State and considering that commercial quantity of the contraband article has been seized from the possession of the petitioners, prayer for bail is consider and it is rejected. However, having heard learned advocate for the petitioners who submits that the petitioners are languishing in jail without any trial, the prayer for expeditious trial is considered. The learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial bearing in mind the guideline framed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Thana Singh Vs. Central Bureau of Narcotics (2013) 2 SCC 603. Thus, CRM 5028 of 2021 is dismissed.
