Keshari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present revisional application is against the pendency of Criminal Motion no.223 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 7th Fast Track Court, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South).

Learned advocate submits that there has been an interim order being passed in respect of an order passed by the learned trial court under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said revisional application is pending since the year 2022. Learned advocate also submits that the next date has been fixed on 27th June, 2023 for hearing.

In view of the issue involved, I direct that the learned sessions court would dispose of the revisional application on 27th June, 2023 or within a week thereafter. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. At the stage of disposal, the learned revisional court/sessions court would give a time frame for completion of the trial of the case to the learned

CJM, Alipore.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1769 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
