Mr. Rana Mukherjee Ms. Sujata Das Ms. Debjani Sahu ...for the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Sankrail Police Station Case No. 358 of 2009 dated 13.08.2009.

Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the State, has submitted a report of the Sub-Inspector, Sankrail Police Station, HPC which reflects that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet was submitted before the learned Additional District & Session Judge, 3rd Court, Howrah. Date has been fixed by the learned Court for evidence on 10.11. 2021.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference can be made in respect of the prayer. The revisional application being CRR 1690 of 2012 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are

consequently disposed of.
