Imam Mr. Subrato Roy .....for the State Having considered the materials on record, prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the murder of the deceased and as they are named as the assailants in the First Information Report we are of the opinion that in the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, CRM 5038 of 2021 is rejected.
