There are Close Circuit Television footage seized by the police suggesting involvement of the petitioner in attempting to murder the victim. Injury suffered was through sharp cutting weapon. One of the accused was seen in the photographs with a sharp cutting weapon.

There are statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of eye-witnesses who implicate the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
