Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite a direction dated April 11, 2022 passed by the first appellate authority to furnish an information as sought by the petitioner by the respondent no.8, such information has not yet been furnished.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that despite attempt to serve on the petitioner, the petitioner refused to take such information.
Be that as it may, instead of going into such unnecessary factual disputes, WPA No. 10798 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.8 to furnish the information as sought by the petitioner, in compliance with the order dated April 11, 2022 (Annexure P-6 at page-24 of the present writ petition), by tomorrow. The petitioner shall present himself
before the respondent no. 8-authority during office hours by tomorrow for the respondent no.8 to furnish such information.
Parties shall act on the communication of the learned Advocates for the parties, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
