And In Re : Mukesh Mahaldar @ Mangal .... petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ....for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ...... for the State Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the evidence of the minor victim. Minor has identified the petitioner as one of the persons who committed rape on the minor victim.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
