Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application arising out of the GR no. 1676 of 2011 in connection with Shihbpur PS case no. 247/11 dated 7.4.2011 vide order dated 15th February, 2016 a coordinate Bench of this court in CRR 2362 of 2014 quashed the proceeding in connection with GR 1676/11. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court immediately.
