Mr. Soumya Majumder, Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya, Mr. Dipta Dipak Banerjee ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a vacating application 388 of 2021 filed on August, 2021 in connection with Original Application No.559 of 2021, pending before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Branch, is the only relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been suffering interim order, granted by the Central Administrative Tribunal in the referred case on 5th April, 2021. To challenge the interim order, vacating application referred hereinabove, thereafter was filed which could not be disposed of resulting in serious prejudice caused to the petitioners.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Bench-I, Calcutta, in connection with Original Application No.559 of 2021 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of vacating application being no.388 of 2021 filed on August, 2021, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
