Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that, despite the petitioners having given a specific representation, as annexed at page- 26 (Annexure- P5 to the writ petition), the respondent-authorities have not considered such representation till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondentauthorities submits that the writ petition was filed immediately after the representation being given, leaving no scope for the respondent-authorities to respond to the same.

Be that as it may, since the representation of the petitioners is admittedly lying with the respondentauthorities, WPA No. 12271 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent-authorities to consider the

representation annexed at page- 26 of the writ petition (Annexure- P5) within thirty days from this date. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
