1. Learned counsel for the appellants rightly points out that in the judgment dated April 23, 2025, in the very first line, instead of "defendants", the word "plaintiff" was erroneously transcribed.

2. Accordingly, the judgment dated April 23, 2025 be deemed to stand corrected to the effect that the word "plaintiff" in the very first line thereof it will be read as "defendants".

3. This order be deemed to be a part of the judgment dated April 23, 2025.
