The appellants are not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on their behalf. The appeal has been reclassified by the department. The appeal is of the year 2012. No attempt was made by the appellant to remove the defects as reported by the Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 30.04.2012. The matter initially appeared in the Warning List on 29th November, 2022 and thereafter transferred to the Regular List on 5th December, 2022. Since then the matter is appearing in the list. Even on the earlier occasion, that is, on 6th January, 2023, the appellant was not represented. The appeal is arising out of an order dismissing the appeal on the ground of limitation. In view of unsatisfactory explanation, the appeal was dismissed as time-barred. We do not find any reason to interfere with the said order.

The appeal, accordingly, stands dismissed.
