Additionally, it has been submitted that the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 threatened the petitioner of dire consequences.

The petitioner furnished information to the Inspector-in-charge of Berhampore Police Station as also the superior officers of the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have heard learned advocate for the petitioner as also that of the State.

Having considered the nature of the dispute, I am of the view that the petitioner will approach the regular criminal court under Section 175(3) of the BNSS.

The learned Court will assess and ascertain, and thereafter, decide whether a case for investigation is made out or not.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11602 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
