At this stage Mr. Nayak, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners in WPA 11612 of 2023 submits before this Court that the writ petitioners intend to withdraw WPA 11612 of 2023.

In view of such submission, WPA 11612 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of such order the file of WPA 12099 of 2023 is again de-tagged from WPA 11612 of 2023. 5.

Let the instant writ petition being WPA 12099 of 2023 be listed in the Monthly List of November, 2025 under the heading "Fixed Motion".
