Mr. Ujjal Ray ...for the petitioners Mr. Sandipan Banerjee Mr. Ankit Sureka Mr. Sobhan Majumder ...for the HMC Mr. Bipin Ghosh ...for the State The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 20th June, 2023 when the learned advocates representing the petitioners and Howrah Municipal Corporation have jointly submitted that in connection with an intra Court appeal being MAT 1386 of 2023 the Hon'ble Division Bench has passed an order dated 8th August, 2023 whereby the order dated 30th September, 2015 of the concerned authority of Howrah Municipal Corporation relating to demolition has been set aside. Vide order dated 8th August, 2023 the present writ petition was also disposed of.

The order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 8th August, 2023 is kept on record.

In view of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Division Bench no order need be passed on this writ petition save and except directing the department to treat

this writ petition as disposed of and not to show the same as pending in the system.

Application, if any pending, in connection with the writ petition also stands disposed of.
