Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were initially cited as witnesses and after their examination, further investigation was directed. They have been implicated in the supplementary charge sheet submitted by the prosecution. The initial trial is at its fag end. The petitioners are not involved in the alleged offence. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have perused the material on record. Upon deposition of the petitioners being contrary to the post mortem report, further investigation was directed and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the gruesome murder of the deceased transpired during further investigation.

Considering the material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case diary be returned.
