Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 156 days. Police submitted charge sheet. Therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws attention of this Court to the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.PC. and the medical report.

Considering the statement recorded under section 164 Cr..P.C of the victim girl and the medical report, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
