Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Petitioner was granted interim bail on humanitarian ground. Thereafter, he has surrendered.

On merits, we note that the allegations are grave and involve gang rape of victim.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
