1. Matter has come up in the list for correction of the order dated 16th June, 2026.

2. In the second paragraph of the order dated 16th June, 2026 inadvertently it was transcribed that on the basis of complaint of the petitioner criminal prosecution commenced.

3. However, fact remains criminal prosecution did not commence on the basis of complaint of the petitioner. Complaint was lodged by other person based on which criminal prosecution commenced and in connection therewith petitioner moved pre arrest bail application and same was allowed.

4. Hence, paragraph-2 (two) of the order dated 16th June, 2026 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
