Petitioner prays for expediting the process of receiving the arrears which have accumulated in connection with M.E.X. Case No.531 of 2022. Learned advocate submits that the accumulated dues which are left is Rs.1,57,000/-. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is also taking care of the child and cost involved in maintenance of child, I direct the learned trial court to fix one date in a month for the purposes of the present execution case and ensure that in five equal installments the amount of Rs.1,57,000/- which are dues be liquidated. The payment of the arrears will not in any manner deter from regularly reimbursing the monetary relief granted in connection with main case. So far as the payments are concerned, the learned Magistrate will ensure that the same are made on the date so fixed and no plea be taken by the opposite party for nonpayment because of resolution of the local bar. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1831 of 2024 is disposed of.
