The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are effecting construction on PWD land, that is blocking and obstructing access to the writ petitioner's premises. A complaint in this regard has been made to the Assistant Engineer, PWD (Roads), Mayurakshi Bridge Highway Sub-division, which has not been attended to. In that view of the matter, the Assistant Engineer, PWD (Roads), Mayurakshi Bridge Highway Sub-division, shall consider the writ petitioner's representation upon notice to all the affected parties in accordance with law and within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

A report in the form of instructions dated 21st February 2022 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Bharatpur

Police Station, Murshidabad Police District addressed to the learned State Advocate is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
