Banerjee) The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned executing court has refused to correct some typographical errors appearing in the order no. 7 dated April 10, 2023 by the impugned order dated April 21, 2025.

After hearing Ms. Datta, learned advocate led by Mr. Mukherjee, learned Senior Advocate, this court is of the considered view that the real anxiety of the petitioner is to get the miscellaneous case filed by the petitioner under the provisions of Order 21 Rules 97, 98, 99 and 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, decided expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the

learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned executing court.

The learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 2nd Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly is requested to make an earnest endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No. 21 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, but preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the next date fixed in the miscellaneous case. CO of stands disposed of accordingly.
