The petitioner had participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teacher in subject Geography in Upper Primary Level of Schools under OBC-A category. As on the date of application, the petitioner had no qualification in teacher training however subsequently, she obtained her such teacher Training Qualification (D.El.Ed.) but the same was not considered. The petitioner gave a representation to the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission for consideration of her said training qualification for the purpose of appointment in the post she applied for.

The petitioner is praying that the Commission may be directed to consider her said representation.

The last date for submission of online application for the aforesaid selection test was on October 03, 2016 whereas the petitioner, long time thereafter on January 15, 2019 had obtained her said training qualification, therefore there is no scope for consideration of the said prayer of the petitioner, accordingly, W.P.A. 12175 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
