Prasun Kumar Datta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in his usual fairness, submits that the documents that have been relied upon by the petitioner with regard to the citizenship, are genuine.

In that view of the matter, prima facie, I am satisfied with regard to the citizenship of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Basirhat, 24-Parganas (North).

The application being CRM 5044 of 2021 is allowed. All parties shall act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
