Learned counsel for the opposite parties produces an order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat on 2nd September, 2024 in C. case no.39 of 2023 which demonstrates that the case has been withdrawn by the petitioner since the matter was amicably settled between the parties. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has withdrawn the case on his own accord and no amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

Be that as it may, since the complaint case has been withdrawn by the petitioner, the revisional application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
