Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. Victim housewife was strangulated at the matrimonial home by the petitionerhusband. In view of the aforesaid incriminating fact and gravity of the offence and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in February, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
