1. It is submitted by Ms. Manishikha Mondal led by Mr. Ujjal Ray that the order dated 15th March, 2024 passed by this Court has been complied with by the alleged contemnor.

2. Copies of the letter of recommendation and appointment of the petitioner filed by the Counsel for the alleged contemnor in Court today is kept with the record.

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.
