Nobody appears on behalf either of the parties on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners. No accommodation sought for.

Petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code , 1973 seeking quashing of entire proceeding being CR Case No. 97 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly. However, petitioners did not turn up on several occasions. It seems that the petitioners are not interested with the present case.

Under the above circumstances, CRR 1460 of 2017 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below.
